01 · The brief

A first-day kit people wear on weekends.

The ask, as a concept brief

Every new hire gets a kit on day one, and most of what we’ve handed out ends up in a drawer. We want pieces people wear on weekends, with the logo small enough that it never feels like a uniform.

The collection

328 pieces across five styles, built around a tonal wordmark: a charcoal hoodie embroidered charcoal on charcoal, a stone quarter-zip, a bone tee that carries the one loud moment in ember, a cap and a canvas tote.

The logo never gets bigger than a thumbnail except once, on the tee, and even there it keeps to two colors.

That restraint is what gets a company hoodie worn outside the office. Each new cohort reorders the same kit from saved artwork.
