01 · The brief

Race-day apparel that funds the mission instead of costing it.

The ask, as a concept brief

Our 5K is the biggest fundraiser of the year. Runners need a shirt, volunteers need to be easy to spot, and we want something good enough to sell at the merch table, so the apparel funds books instead of costing us.

The collection

528 pieces across four styles: a linen race tee for every registrant, a teal crewneck that marks volunteers on the course, a supporter hoodie with a woven patch for the merch table and a teal cap with a marigold rope.

Volunteers wear the only teal crewneck on the course, so runners always know who to ask. Next year’s race starts from the same saved artwork.
